Description: AI Heroes builds AI tools your team uses every day. Meet Frans Hoorn, David Homan and Jan Brusse, from Groningen on the Aarhusweg.

# About AI Heroes

AI Heroes builds AI tools your team uses every day, for organisations that want more than a pilot. With a business case that adds up, compliance built in from day one and a team that can work with it. From ambition to implementation.

## Why AI Heroes exists

The AI market is fragmented. Advisory firms write reports, training firms train and leave, tech companies build tools few people use.

We build what your team uses every day, and keep maintaining it.

## What we believe in

- Honesty over sales · If AI is not the answer, we say so. If the business case does not add up, we do not build.
- Custom over standard · We build what fits your work, even when that is software without AI.
- [We build ourselves](https://aiheroes.io/en/cases/eigen-stack) · We advise and we build. Our own AI assistant runs on this site, hosted in Europe.
- Groningen · Rooted in Groningen, where the AI Factory is coming. A local base and a European reach.

## The three founders

Frans spent three years in management at AI Heroes and David two years in its operations. At the end of 2025 they took over the brand and the client relationships together with Jan Brusse. Each of them leads one part of the same process: the business case, the build and the training of your people.

## Built in Groningen

AI Capital of Europe

The AI Factory brings 200 million euros of AI computing power to Groningen. Around it grows an ecosystem of research institutions, start-ups and companies putting AI to work. AI Heroes sits in the middle of it, on the Aarhusweg. From there we build for organisations across the Netherlands and Europe.
