Frans leads the start sprint and the business case: what it costs, what it returns and when it pays for itself. He combines strategic thinking with a sharp eye for how people actually use software.

More than fifteen years in development, UX and sales, product management at Tele2, BOZU and Prosus, and three years in management at AI Heroes.

## David Homan

Co-Founder

David leads the build, from prototype to a system that runs in your own landscape. AI Act classification, logging, security and hosting are built into the design from the start.

Studied Artificial Intelligence at the University of Groningen, founded an app start-up and spent two years in operations at AI Heroes.

Training and adoption

## Jan Brusse

Co-Founder

Jan makes sure the team that will use a system can actually work with it, with training on the system itself, on the work floor. He makes technology accessible, from AI literacy to the board session on digital sovereignty.

Built up the Smart Lab in the Groninger Forum over four years, with a team of twelve and several workshops a week. In De AI Storm on RTL 7 he talked about AI in small and medium-sized businesses.
