Every build follows the same path. Whichever role you start in, you see where your work fits in.

1. Business case and strategy · What it costs, what it returns · Before anything is built, there is a business case on one page. Sales and marketing sit here too.
2. Build and compliance · From prototype to system · A working prototype in six days, then a build in milestones, with the AI Act in the design.
3. Training and adoption · A team that works with it · The client’s team learns to work with what we build, on the system itself and on the job.
