It runs on European infrastructure, makes clear that it is AI and hands you over to a person when it does not know the answer. The model can be switched, and every new version first has to pass a fixed test set. Six days · Start sprint · Your environment mapped, a hosting design, a risk assessment and the business case. From €8,000, start within two weeks. 2. In milestones · Building and migrating · We build or migrate next to what runs today, with a demo at every milestone. A build has a fixed price per project, from €15,000. What you paid for the start sprint is deducted from it. 3. Go-live · Administrators trained · Your own administrators are trained on the environment before it goes live. 4. After that · Maintenance and development · We keep maintaining and developing the system, documented and not tied to one AI vendor. ## Included in every build - Business case first · Before we build, you know what it costs, what it returns and when it pays for itself. - Compliance by design · AI Act classification, logging, human oversight and European hosting are part of the design. - Your people can work with it · We train the team that will use the system on the system itself. The US CLOUD Act can require US companies to hand over data, even when it is stored in Europe. That also applies to services such as ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock. For many organisations that is a problem with sensitive data or in tenders. ### Can I get just a plan? Yes. The start sprint delivers a hosting design, a risk assessment and the business case. Then you decide whether to go ahead. ### Who maintains it? We keep maintaining and developing the system.
