Our Story

AI Heroes’ journey began with the founder Joseph Groot Kormelink. AI Heroes dove in head first with a complex computer vision project, developing advanced video analytics, learning and adapting as we went. This first project set the tone for our company- tackling challenging AI problems that make a real difference. The first time we gained world-wide recognition was through the creation of “Guess the Movie,” an online game loved for its fun use of AI image generation. This project made us realize the true potential in Generative AI.

Then 2023 rolled around, and after the release of ChatGPT the previous year, suddenly everyone was talking about AI. It felt like the rest of the world had caught up to what we’d known for years – AI is a big deal and missing out on it comes at the cost of falling behind. We found ourselves working on all sorts of projects, from healthcare to finance, education to entertainment.

 

Hence, in 2022, we shifted our focus from analytics to building GenAI solutions that automate day-to-day business operations. We built an AI chatbot that could understand and respond to text, helping businesses communicate with their customers in new, far more efficient ways. It was fascinating to see how AI could change the way companies operate and communicate and the great cost efficiency achieved through that.

We then realized AI isn’t just about data and algorithms. It is a creative partner too. So we brought in a team of designers – experts in UI, graphics, and animation. With AI as our partner, we started creating visuals and interfaces that blend technology and art in ways we never imagined.

 

Today, we have a multifaceted team of talented programmers, designers, strategists and consultants, all living and breathing AI, ready to tackle challenging projects of any scale, and we can’t wait to see what the future will bring.
