AI Heroes is a dynamic 4-year-old startup at the forefront of AI innovation, specializing in Generative AI technologies. With a team of 16 passionate individuals, we’re on a mission to transform our clients’ AI aspirations into reality through tailored, cutting-edge solutions.
What We’re Looking For
We need a hands-on Head of People to develop and implement our people strategies as we grow. You’ll wear multiple hats, handling everything from recruitment and employee experience to HR operations and culture-building.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting our rapid growth
- Lead recruitment efforts and create effective onboarding processes
- Implement performance management systems and foster a positive company culture
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations
- Build and maintain an education system for continuous team development
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a startup or tech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for AI and technology
