In late 2025 Frans, David and Jan took over the AI Heroes brand and started again, with one project path in which each of them carries a phase: the business case, the build and the adoption. Based in Groningen, serving all of Europe.
Frans Hoorn

Combines strategic thinking with a sharp eye for user experience. Leads the start sprint and the business case: what it costs, what it returns and when it pays back. With a background in UX/UI design and product management, he knows how to turn a vague question into a scope a team can build on.
David Homan
Co-Founder · Build & compliance
The link between tech and boardroom. Understands how AI models work under the hood (from transformers to image generation) and translates that knowledge into what it means for your business processes. Builds with tools like GitHub Copilot and local AI models, giving him precise insight into what's technically possible and what's feasible within your organisation. Leads the build, from prototype to working system, and makes sure AI Act classification, logging, oversight and hosting are part of the design.
Jan Brusse
Co-Founder · Adoption & training
Specialist in making complex technology accessible. Has spent years building an innovation lab where he trained thousands of people in new technologies, from beginners to experts. Knows like no other how to turn a tough subject into an interactive, practical session that sticks. Makes sure the team that will work with the system can actually work with it: training on the system itself, on the work floor, with the proof for Article 4 of the AI Act included.
