Every call answered

AI Heroes builds a voice or chat assistant that takes over the first line of your customer service, with a colleague behind it for anything difficult or urgent. The first step is a six‑day start sprint, from €8,000.

What the assistant does

In plain language, outside office hours too, inside your own systems.

  • Answers and holds conversations

The assistant picks up the phone or answers the chat in plain language, in the evening and at weekends too.

  • Books and moves appointments

Straight into your own calendar or planning system, without anyone retyping it.

  • Answers questions from your own knowledge

Opening hours, terms, the status of an appointment: from your own documents and systems.

  • Hands over with a summary

Difficult or urgent questions go to a colleague, who sees at once what it is about.

  • Every conversation on record

Calls are transcribed and stored, for quality, review and improvement.

Which technology

We build with speech and language models from several providers, for example Deepgram or ElevenLabs for speech and Mistral for language, and choose what fits each application. You are tied to none of them: a model can be switched without rebuilding.

How to start: the start sprint

In six days there is an assistant for one well‑defined kind of question, such as moving appointments or questions about opening hours. We test it on real calls or on recordings of calls with your customers.

After six days you have

A working voice or chat assistant for one kind of question, tested on real conversations, and the business case: how many calls, the cost per call and when it pays for itself.

How the start sprint works Then we build in two‑week sprints, from €15,000.

4,000 calls a month, 80% handled by AI

Many of Medux's clients would rather call than arrange things online. We built an AI voice that picks up, books appointments and answers questions, outside office hours too.

Included in every build

  • Business case first

Before we build, you know what it costs, what it returns and when it pays for itself.

  • Compliance by design

AI Act classification, logging, human oversight and European hosting are part of the design.

  • Your people can work with it

We train the team that will use the system on the system itself. That also covers Article 4 of the AI Act.

  • Not tied to one AI vendor

You can switch AI models without rebuilding. Everything comes with documentation.

What matters most here: your customers know they are talking to AI, every conversation is recorded and a colleague takes over where needed.

How we work

Frequently asked questions

Do customers notice they are talking to AI?

Yes. The AI Act requires it, and in what we build the assistant says so at the start of the call. At Medux, callers rated the AI conversations 7.8 out of 10.

What happens to questions the AI cannot answer?

They go to a colleague, with a summary of the conversation. Your customer does not have to tell the story again.

Does it work for customers who are not comfortable online?

Especially for them. That was the reason at Medux: many customers would rather call than arrange things online. A voice that answers in plain language suits them.

Does it connect to our planning system or CRM?

Yes. The assistant books appointments in your own calendar or system and writes details to your CRM. See connecting AI to your systems.

Where are the conversations stored?

With a European provider or on your own servers, with a retention period we agree with you. More in AI and the GDPR.

What does it cost per call?

That is in the business case of the start sprint, for your call volumes. The start sprint itself costs from €8,000.

Tell us what you want to build

You will hear from us within 24 hours, usually with a proposal for a start sprint.
