Six days first. Then a decision. Then a build.

From ambition to implementation. This is how every project runs, from the first call to software that runs and keeps running.

The process in one view

Per step: what happens, what we need from you and what you get.

  1. Within two weeks

    Start sprint

Six days, fixed price, from €8,000. We work with the owner and the users on a prototype or a plan. About the start sprint.

You bring: the owner and a few users. You get: a prototype or build plan.

  2. Day six

    Decision

Based on the one‑page business case you decide: build, adjust or stop. If the business case does not add up, we do not build. Cost and return up front.

You get: cost, return and payback time on paper.

  3. Week 2 to 12

    Building in sprints

Two‑week sprints, with a demo after every sprint. Compliance, logging and oversight are part of the design. A build starts from €15,000.

You bring: one contact person and feedback after each demo.

  4. Go-live

Switching over with a trained team

Your team is trained on the system itself, on the job. When we replace something, the old system is only switched off once the new one runs.

You get: a team that works with it every day.

  5. After that

We keep maintaining and developing it

The software stays in our care. Everything is documented and you can switch AI models without rebuilding.

You get: software that keeps working and grows with you.

What it costs

These are the prices we publish. At the end of the start sprint you have the cost of your build on paper.

What we stick to

  • If AI is not the answer, we say so

Sometimes simpler software, a different way of working or doing nothing is better. Then we tell you.

  • If the business case does not add up, we do not build

We only build what pays for itself. The decision is yours, with the numbers on the table.

  • A reply within 24 hours

After your request you hear from us within 24 hours, usually with a proposal for a start sprint.

  • Start within two weeks

After the first call, the start sprint can begin within two weeks.

Who you talk to

Three founders, each responsible for part of the process.

  • Co-Founder, business case and strategy

    Frans Hoorn

Frans leads the start sprint and the business case: what it costs, what it returns and when it pays for itself. He combines strategic thinking with a sharp eye for how people actually use software.

  • Co-Founder, software and compliance

    David Homan

David leads the build, from prototype to a system that runs in your own landscape. AI Act classification, logging, security and hosting are built into the design from the start.

  • Co-Founder, training and adoption

    Jan Brusse

Jan makes sure the team that will use a system can actually work with it, with training on the system itself, on the work floor. He makes technology accessible, from AI literacy to the board session on digital sovereignty.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a project take?

The start sprint takes six days. A build usually takes two to twelve weeks, in sprints of two weeks. After that we keep maintaining and developing the system.

What does it cost?

The start sprint costs from €8,000, fixed, for all three ways in. A build starts from €15,000. At the end of the start sprint you have the cost of your build on paper. More in AI implementation costs.

Who maintains the software after delivery?

We do. The software stays in our care and we keep developing it. Everything is documented, and you are not tied to one AI vendor.

Can our own developers build with you?

Yes. We build on our own, strengthen your team or split the work. For extra capacity inside your own team, see extra developers.

Tell us what you want to build
