Your system dates from 2011 and nobody dares to touch it

An old beige computer on an office desk

AI Heroes rebuilds your legacy system with today's know‑how, alongside the old one, and switches the old one off only when the new one runs. The same goes for a platform that no longer keeps up. The first step is a six‑day start sprint, from €8,000.

What we do

  • Work out what the old system does

From the code and the data, including the things nobody remembers.

  • Build the new system

With the connections the old one never had, and room to grow.

  • Move data over in parts

Every step checked, so nothing gets lost.

  • No big bang

The old system keeps running until the new one demonstrably works.

Switching over without everything grinding to a halt

The risk of replacing is in the switch. So we always do these three things.

  • First

    Connections first

We first connect the new system to what stays: your ERP, CRM, accounting or web shop.

  • Then

    Data in parts, with checks

We move your data over in parts and check every step, so nothing gets lost.

  • Only when it runs

    The old one stays on

The old system keeps running until the new one demonstrably works. Only then do you switch it off.

How to start: the start sprint

In the start sprint we work out what the old system does and what it is tied to. From that follow the architecture of the new system and a phased migration plan.

After six days you have

An inventory of the old system, the architecture of the new one, a phased migration plan and the business case.

How the start sprint works A build has a fixed price per project, from €15,000. What you paid for the start sprint is deducted from it.

Included in every build

  • Business case first

Before we build, you know what it costs, what it returns and when it pays for itself.

  • Compliance by design

AI Act classification, logging, human oversight and European hosting are part of the design.

  • Your people can work with it

We train the team that will use the system on the system itself. That also covers Article 4 of the AI Act.

  • Not tied to one AI vendor

You can switch AI models without rebuilding. Everything comes with documentation.

What matters most here: everything is documented. Never again a system nobody understands.

How we work

Frequently asked questions

What if nobody knows what the old system does any more?

We work that out in the start sprint, from the code and the data. After that, what the system does is written down.

Does everything have to move over at once?

No. We switch in phases, and the old system keeps running until the new one works.

What if the old supplier does not cooperate?

Then we work with what there is: the data, the exports and the system itself. In the start sprint you see what that means for the schedule.

How long does it take?

The start sprint takes six days. The build then usually takes two to twelve weeks in total; the switch happens in phases.

What does it cost?

The start sprint costs from €8,000. A build has a fixed price per project, from €15,000; the amount for your system is in the business case.

Tell us what you want to build

You will hear from us within 24 hours, usually with a proposal for a start sprint.
