From intake to decision
We do the work. From your side we ask for an intake beforehand, the documents and data we need, and the owner at the kick‑off and the demo.

We sit down with the owner and the people who do the work. Together we decide what should be there on day six, and which documents and data we need for it.

Process descriptions, examples from the work and an export of the data. That way we build on your data and the way you work.

Kick‑off
We go through what we have together and put the last questions on the table. Then we start building.

Build or design
We build the prototype on your own data, or we design the new architecture or the hosting. The prototype is not yet connected to your systems; that happens in the build.

We show what is there, with the business case on a single page. You decide: build, adjust or stop.

A build has a fixed price per project, from €15,000. What you paid for the start sprint is deducted from it. We build in milestones, with a demo at every milestone. After delivery we keep maintaining and developing the system.

Then we do not build. You keep the prototype or the plan and the business case. An honest decision after six days saves you a project nobody uses.

Frequently asked questions
What does a start sprint cost?
A fixed price, from €8,000, the same for all three ways in. The price is fixed before we start. If the build goes ahead, this amount is deducted from the build price.
How soon can we start?
Within two weeks of the first call. In that time we do the intake and you gather the documents and data. After your request you hear from us within 24 hours, usually with a proposal.
What do we need to free up?
Half a day for the intake, with the owner and two or three people who do the work. After that, the documents and data we ask for, the owner at the kick‑off on day 1 and at the demo on day 6, and a contact person for questions along the way. We do the building.
Does the prototype already work in our systems?
Not yet. The prototype runs on your own data and follows the way you work. We connect it to your software in the build, together with the security and the roll‑out. Until then the start sprint does not touch your live systems.
What if it does not work in six days?
Then you know after six days, and you know why. Sometimes a question turns out bigger than expected; the plan then says what it takes. If AI is not the answer, we say so.
Is the price different per way in?
No. From €8,000 for all three: a new AI tool, replacing old software or running AI locally.
Can we skip the start sprint?
For a build, almost never: the start sprint keeps us from building something whose business case does not add up. If you do not know yet where AI pays off, start with an exploration. If you are looking for extra developers in your team, we start with an introduction. Training or the AI Act check need no start sprint.
Does it work for software without AI?
Yes. We build what you need, with or without AI. The INQ22 web shop has no AI in it, yet we built it with AI.
What happens after the start sprint?
If the build goes ahead, you get a quote for the whole project. A build has a fixed price per project, from €15,000. What you paid for the start sprint is deducted from it. We build in milestones, with a demo at every milestone. After delivery we keep maintaining and developing the system; those costs are listed separately in the business case. If it does not go ahead, you keep the prototype or plan and the business case.
