Your team AI‑literate, and able to show it
AI Heroes trains your people in what Article 4 of the AI Act asks, tailored to each audience, with a certificate per participant and a report for your records. On site or live online, from €2,500 per half day.
What the training covers
-
How AI works
What a language model does, and why it sometimes gets things wrong.
-
The risks
Made‑up answers, bias, privacy and data leaks.
-
The AI Act
What the law asks of your organisation and of your role.
-
Responsible AI use
What can and cannot go into a prompt, and working safely with company data.
-
Spotting disinformation
With a deepfake demo: the moment everyone remembers.
The obligation in three sentences
Article 4 of the AI Act asks organisations that use AI to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their people. That means knowing what AI can do, what the risks are and how to work with it responsibly, in line with your role. The background is in AI literacy.
For each audience
Role‑based, as the law asks.
| Audience | What they learn |
|---|---|
| Board | What AI means for the organisation, the risks and the responsibilities under the AI Act. |
| Users | Working safely and productively with AI tools, checking results, what is and is not allowed. |
| IT and developers | Risk classes, logging, human oversight and the safe use of models. |
| HR | Policy, record-keeping and what you can expect of staff. |
Are we building an AI application for you?
Then we train your team on that system, and that counts towards Article 4 too.

Frequently asked questions
Is AI literacy training mandatory?
The AI Act asks organisations that use AI to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their people. Training is the usual way to arrange that and to show it. More in AI literacy.
Is your certificate officially recognised?
The AI Act does not prescribe an official certificate. Our certificate and report show who learned what, and that is what you need to be able to show.
How long does the training take for each audience?
From a half day to a full day, depending on the audience. We agree that in the intake.
What does it cost?
From €2,500 per half day. Education and non‑profit organisations pay a lower rate.
Do we have to repeat the training?
AI and the rules change. We recommend a short refresher when you introduce new tools or when the rules change.
Can it be online, for a large organisation?
Yes. For groups of 150 people or more we give the training live online.
