You are chatting with AI
The chat assistant on aiheroes.io is an AI system, built by AI Heroes itself. We also say so in the conversation: you always know you are talking to AI, as required by the EU AI Act (Article 50). The assistant is an example of what we build for clients.
In short

- Answers can be incomplete or wrong; verify important information on the linked pages
- A human is always reachable via "Talk to a human" in the chat
- Processing and storage happen within the EU
- We only ask for your name and email when you choose to hand the conversation to the team, with your consent
What the assistant can do
Answer questions about our services, cases, team, articles and the AI Salon; take you to the right page; help you book a conversation with the team; and hand the conversation to a human. It only quotes pricing that is published on this site.
Data and retention
Your chat history lives in your own browser. On our servers, conversations are stored pseudonymously (no name, no IP address, no profile) for quality improvement, for at most 30 days. Only when you leave your name and email to get in touch do we process personal data, in line with our privacy policy.
