You pay for 100% and use 20%
AI Heroes replaces an expensive SaaS package with your own software that does only what you use, built alongside the old one. The first step is a six‑day start sprint, from €8,000.
What we build
-
Only what you use
The functions you need, set up around the way you work.
-
Your data comes along
Customers, history and settings from the package, moved over in parts and checked.
-
The connections you had
And the connections the package never had.
-
No licence per user
When your team grows, the costs do not grow per seat.
How to start: the start sprint
We list what the package really does and how much of it is used. From that follow an architecture, a phased migration plan and the sums.
- from question to result
- 6 days
- fixed price, for every way in
- €8,000
- from the first call to the start
- 2 weeks
After six days you have
An overview of what you use, a phased migration plan and the business case: the subscription versus your own build, with the payback period.
How the start sprint works Then we build in two‑week sprints, from €15,000.
Case · Strive
The package out, paid back in one year
Strive, a gym, paid every year for a membership management package it only partly used. We built Strive its own software alongside the package, with only what Strive needs, and the subscription was switched off only when everything matched.
- year payback period
- 1
Built alongside the old package; the subscription only ended when everything was right.
Read the caseSubscription or your own software
| SaaS subscription | Your own software | |
|---|---|---|
| Costs | Per user per month, often higher every year | A one‑off build, then maintenance and development |
| Way of working | You adapt to the package | The software follows how you work |
| Your data | With the vendor, on their terms | Where you choose, in Europe or on your own servers |
| Price rises | You pay up or you switch | There is no licence to get more expensive |
Included in every build
-
Business case first
Before we build, you know what it costs, what it returns and when it pays for itself.
-
Compliance by design
AI Act classification, logging, human oversight and European hosting are part of the design.
-
Your people can work with it
We train the team that will use the system on the system itself. That also covers Article 4 of the AI Act.
-
Not tied to one AI vendor
You can switch AI models without rebuilding. Everything comes with documentation.
What matters most here: if the business case does not add up, we do not build.
Frequently asked questions
Isn't your own software more expensive?
Sometimes it is, and then we say so. In the start sprint we set the yearly subscription against the build and the maintenance. Strive, a gym, earned back the build in one year.
How do we get our data out of the package?
Through exports or the package's own connections. We move the data over in parts and check every step.
What if the package is still under contract?
Then we plan the switch around the end of the contract. By then the new system is already running alongside the old one.
Who does the maintenance?
We do. We keep maintaining and developing it, and everything is documented.
Won't we be tied to you instead?
Agreements on maintenance and development are made up front, and everything is documented: connections, data model and choices. You are not tied to one AI vendor.
