See where you are dependent, and what you can do about it
In one session, Jan Brusse of AI Heroes shows the board and IT where your organisation depends on American platforms, and which European alternatives exist. On digital sovereignty, or digital independence: factual and without scaremongering. From €2,500 per half day.
What the session delivers

Your dependencies mapped
Which services you use, where your data is and who can reach it.
-
An honest picture of the alternatives
European options such as Mistral (with its assistant Vibe), Proton Lumo and the open EuroLLM, with what they can and cannot do.
-
The rules, applied to your organisation
What the GDPR and the AI Act mean for the choices you make.
-
A next step
What you can do now, and what can wait.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the session for?
For the board, CIOs, information managers and IT teams, often in government, education or organisations with sensitive data.
Do we have to switch after the session?

Which European alternatives do you discuss?
Mistral (Vibe), Proton Lumo and the open EuroLLM among others, and hosting with European providers or on your own servers. We are not tied to any of them, and we name their limitations too.
Can it be online?
Yes, the session can be on site or live online.
What does a session cost?
From €2,500 per half day; the board session also falls under the half‑day rate. Education and non‑profit organisations pay a lower rate.
